The San Francisco Housing Authority (SFHA) is seeking an experienced, confident, and responsible finance professional to plan, organize, direct, control, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the services, functions and activities of the Finance Department and the Management Information Systems Division. This position serves as a staff consultant and makes presentations to the Authority’s Board of Commissioners and Finance Committee on operating and capital budgets and annual independent audit reports. This is an at-will position.  

Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, business administration or related field and ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting and financial management, including five (5) years of supervisory responsibility. Knowledge of HUD financial regulations, rules, procedures and processes preferred. MFA or CPA preferred. The Ancil Hoffman Golf Club is seeking an audit of its calendar year 2007 operations.  The club, a nonprofit corporation with about 960 members, organizes and runs about 30 golf tournaments per year, as well as quarterly membership meetings, and other activities for its members.
